CBSE declares Term 2 examination dates to be from April 26, 2022 for class X and XII. Indeed huge delay for board exams, further it will impact conduction of various professional entrance examinations after class 12th and subsequently beginning of colleges for 2022-23 session also.
The Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, has announced the dates for the CBSE Term 2 Board Exams for Classes 10 and 12. Exams will be held in a paper-and-pencil format beginning April 26.
“The board has decided to conduct second-term board exams in offline mode only,” CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj was quoted by news agency PTI as saying. “The board has decided to conduct second-term board exams in offline mode only after discussion with various stakeholders and taking into consideration the COVID-19 situation in the country.”
The theory tests will commence on April 26 and the date sheet will be released soon, according to Bhardwaj. On cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in, the CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 Board Exam date sheet with the schedule of both theory and practical tests will be posted soon.
Meanwhile, lakhs of students are waiting for the results of the CBSE class 10, 12 Term 1 board exams, which were held from November 30 to December 11, 2021, and the Class 12 test, which was held from December 1 to December 22, 2021.
